We only practice in the ideal building we put up in 1992 and we enjoy very good resources to provide optimum care and patient advocacy. We are not affiliated with any DSOs or corporate entities. We place exceptional value on taking care of our staff, including flexibility with vacation times and extra days off for most holidays. We offer competitive pay and working conditions. Easy hours Mondays through Thursdays. We usually take three to four weeks off each year and have treated our staff to trips to Hawaii with their spouses for CE twice in recent years. We like to give bonuses when we can. We provide Interactive Diagnosis and patient education to help patients choose what is right for them; then we celebrate their success as they attain and keep excellent oral health. We have a nice mix of basic care and more complex cases for implants, full mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic care based on patient needs.
