Dental Assistant Vista Dental - 1.0 Vancouver, WA Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Restoration Attention to detail Stocking Patient interaction Oral surgery Full Job Description Dental Assistant — Implant & Full-Mouth Reconstruction Practice We are a growing implant and full-mouth reconstruction practice looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced dental setting, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in assisting with advanced procedures including implants, extractions, full-arch cases, crown and bridge, and full-mouth reconstruction. This position is 3-4 days per week , approximately 30-40 hours per week . While the majority of our procedures are surgical in nature such as All on 4 dental implants procedures. This role also includes assisting with restorative and reconstruction procedures, including full-mouth reconstruction wity with crown and bridge procedures Responsibilities include: Assisting the doctor during implant surgeries, extractions, and full-arch restorative procedures, Setting up and breaking down surgical and restorative treatment rooms Maintaining proper sterile technique and infection control protocols Preparing instruments, surgical trays, materials, and equipment Assisting with IV sedation cases and patient monitoring — preferred Taking dental impressions, scans, X-rays, and photographs as needed Assisting with temporary and final restoration appointments Supporting crown and bridge procedures and full-mouth reconstruction cases Helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Keeping clinical areas organized, stocked, and ready for procedures Communicating clearly with the doctor, clinical team, and front office We are looking for someone who: Has experience assisting with implants, extractions, oral surgery, crown and bridge, or full-mouth reconstruction Works well under pressure and can anticipate the doctor's needs Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Understands the importance of sterile protocol and clinical efficiency Has strong communication skills with both patients and team members Takes pride in quality work and patient care Is willing to learn and grow in an advanced clinical environment We offer: Competitive pay Health insurance Paid holidays and vacation 401(k) retirement plan Continuing education and advanced clinical training A supportive team environment Long-term growth opportunity in an expanding implant and reconstruction practice.
