We are seeking an Expanded Function Dental Assistant for our Madison, Wisconsin location who is proactive, organized, and passionate about patient experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Flow Management:

Ensure smooth and efficient patient movement throughout the clinic for timely care delivery.

Treatment Plan Presentation:

Confidently present treatment plans and collect co-pays for same-day treatments.

Lab Case Coordination:

Track and manage all lab cases to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

Inventory & Compliance Oversight:

Order and manage dental supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure clinic complies with all health and safety standards.

Referral & Medical Clearance:

Manage patient referrals and follow up on required medical clearances.

Chart Audits:

Perform daily audits of patient charts to ensure complete documentation, including progress notes, perio charts, and radiographs.

Clinical Assistance:

Assist the doctor chairside

Qualifications:
