Voyager Family Dental is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing private practice. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during restorative, surgical, and hygiene procedures Take and process digital radiographs Maintain accurate patient records and charting Sterilize and organize instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards Educate patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-operative instructions Assist with scheduling, treatment coordination, and other clinical duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Help create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications Dental Assistant certification and/or previous experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Paid holidays Retirement plan with employer contribution Continuing education opportunities Uniform allowance Supportive team culture Performance driven bonus Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Schedule Full-time Monday-Thursday, some Fridays No evenings or weekends
