Pechous DDS SC is looking for a talented and outgoing Dental Assistant to join our private practice in Kenosha . The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a passion for making true lifestyle changes for our patient base. What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients, making them feel comfortable and cared for Assist chairside during a variety of dental procedures Perform lab tasks as directed Discuss treatment needs with patients and answer their questions Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Set up and prepare rooms for patients Turnover and clean rooms between patient appointments Sterilize instruments, keep supplies well-stocked and help the hygienists stay on schedule Utilize digital scanning technology for crowns, bridges and implant procedures Perform CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) scans for diagnostic and treatment planning purposes Requirements Prior dental assisting experience Experience with, or willingness to be trained in, CAD/CAM milling and 3D printing technology Excellent communication skills with confidence to discuss treatment and address patient needs and concerns Detail oriented, organized and reliable Ability to multi-task, having the foresight to determine priorities and what needs to be done throughout the day without being directed Individual who has a genuine love and excitement for the dental field
