WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Assist doctors during dental procedures while helping patients feel calm and comfortable Set up treatment rooms and prepare instruments and materials Learn and use modern dental technology and software systems like Dentrix Take dental X-rays (if certified) Help educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care Keep instruments sterilized and maintain infection control standards Support a positive, upbeat, team-focused clinic culture Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Great communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Team-oriented mindset and passion for helping others

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and assisting during procedures Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
