Family-Owned Private Dental Practice | Out-of-Network Focus We are a small, family-owned private dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our clinical team due to an upcoming staffing change. This is a key clinical position in a modern, well-organized office focused on efficiency, teamwork, and high-quality patient care. We are looking for a dependable, skilled assistant who can step into a fast-paced but supportive environment and contribute immediately. What Makes Our Office Different Family-owned and operated — small, close-knit team Modern dental technology and efficient systems Organized clinical flow with strong emphasis on staying on schedule Supportive environment where every team member matters Focus on quality patient care over corporate production pressure Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general and restorative procedures Anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficient operatory flow Take and process digital radiographs Room setup, turnover, and clinical preparation Patient comfort and communication support Sterilization and instrument management as needed Assist with charting and periodontal documentation Help maintain on-time scheduling and smooth patient flow Qualifications Prior dental assisting experience required Strong chairside skills and clinical awareness Ability to work efficiently and independently Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable in a modern, technology-driven practice Compensation & Benefits $22-27/hour depending on experience and ability Monthly team bonus opportunity Consistent schedule Supportive, low-drama team environment Modern office with strong systems and training support Immediate Opening We are actively interviewing and looking to hire as soon as the right candidate is identified.
