What we are seeking:
Our one dentist boutique private practice seeks a responsible and reliable individual with a customer service and growth mindset. The candidate must work well with others, take initiative, multitask, have an excellent work ethic, and possess qualities that embrace the core values of our practice like honesty, integrity, and a genuine concern for establishing lasting patient relationships. The candidate must be a quick learner, friendly, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. We are seeking a professional individual whose attributes will add to our cohesive team. The candidate must be able to explain dental treatment plans, lead others, work with little supervision, work well under pressure, and think out of the box.
