We are looking for a Dental Assistant/Front office float for four days a week as a permanent addition to our fun work family. We are a busy, growing privately owned practice with a fantastic reputation for our quality care and exceptional friendliness. We understand you have an important life outside of the office and want you to embrace that life. In the office, we truly work as a team, even on the hard days... maybe even more on the hard days! Our team members tell us they work at Verona Family Dental because we are laid-back, kind dentists who foster a stress-free work environment. Our hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm with a pre-patient Huddle at 6:50 am and a half-hour break from 12-12:30pm.

Requirements for employment include:

• Remarkable friendliness and kindness
• Knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to educate in a kind manner
• Team-based attitude, willingness to cooperate and pitch in
• Competent in digital charts, typing and navigating computer software
• Knowledge of dental materials, assisting in all facets of dentistry including restorative, oral surgery, endodontic and implant procedures
• Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments
• Taking health histories and medical records
• Maintaining the operatory
