Orthodontic Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Orthodontic Assistant to join the team at Reichl and Kolstad Orthodontics. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives as part of a team. While prior orthodontic or dental experience is a plus, we provide extensive on-the-job training for candidates who are eager to learn and committed to growing with our practice. Responsibilities include assisting the orthodontist during procedures, preparing treatment areas, sterilizing instruments, taking records such as photos or impressions, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and brings a positive attitude to each day.
