Deliver exceptional, relationship-based preventative care and periodontal therapy, embodying Dr. Brimhall's "Treat every patient like family" philosophy. Act as an empathetic guide for anxious or fearful patients, taking the time to educate them seamlessly on quality-of-life oral care. Optimize column productivity and schedule density while maintaining a gentle, five-star clinical standard. Work collaboratively with the administrative crew to ensure clinical notes and insurance documentation are clean and efficient.Qualifications:
Active Alaska Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or in immediate progress of transferring). Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide monitoring certifications (Preferred). A high-energy, positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and thrive inside a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
