Job Description

Koplon Implant & Family Dentistry is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our fast-paced, privately owned practice. We are a family-owned office providing a full spectrum of dental care, from preventive and restorative dentistry to dental implants, surgeries, and full-mouth restorations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities include:
Providing routine dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance Taking accurate dental radiographs Assessing oral health, documenting clinical findings, and maintaining accurate patient records Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Assisting in identifying dental caries and other oral conditions Following OSHA and infection control protocols Ensuring patients are comfortable and have a positive experience throughout their visit Collaborating with doctors and team members to provide high-quality care The right fit will have: An active Alabama Dental Hygiene license Strong attention to detail and accountability The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and patient education skills A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow Dentrix experience (preferred) Implant maintenance experience or knowledge (preferred) This is a full-time position with a four-day work week (7:45 AM-5:00 PM). Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
