Registered Dental Hygienist
POSITION SUMMARY
The Dental Hygienist at Natural Dental Partners serves as a steady, patient-focused provider who builds trust through consistent, high-quality care and supportive communication. OBJECTIVES
Deliver consistent, high-quality preventative care that exceeds patient expectations Educate patients clearly and compassionately on oral health and treatment plans Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation and charting Stay on schedule while ensuring each patient feels cared for and unrushed Collaborate effectively with dentists and team members to support patient outcomes Build patient trust to increase case acceptance and long-term retention Meet or exceed key performance metrics Contribute to a positive, supportive office culture through reliability and teamwork

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
GED or High School Diploma Diploma from an accredited program, passing the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE), (Required) X-ray Certification (Required) Local Anesthetic License (Required) Laser Certification (Required) Current CPR/BLS certification (Required) 1yr of customer service experience; in the dental industry (Preferred) Carestack Practice Management Software Experience (Preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, and/or sitting Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements
Pay:
$8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
