Job Description
Position Overview Reset Smile Lounge is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. The Dental Hygienist will play a vital role in preventive care, patient education, hygiene production, and overall patient retention. We are looking for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while helping build a positive and welcoming dental experience. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis procedures. Conduct periodontal maintenance and scaling procedures. Complete oral health assessments and screenings. Take and review dental radiographs. Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment recommendations. Assist in identifying potential dental concerns and communicate findings to the dentist. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization standards. Support preventive care initiatives and hygiene production through scaling, cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and patient education. Help drive dental revenue and patient retention through exceptional patient care and relationship-building. Qualifications Current Arizona Dental Hygienist License. CPR Certification. Strong communication and patient education skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of dental software and electronic dental records preferred.
