This role is ideal for a hygienist who is clinically strong in perio, values precision, and is comfortable working in a specialty-driven environment where diagnosis, monitoring, and communication matter.

Schedule:

1-2+ days per month 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 1-hour lunch break 1-hr Maintenance appointments.

What You'll Do:

Perform periodontal maintenance (D4910) and Scaling & Root Planing (SRP) Provide Laser Bacterial Reduction (LBR) as part of ongoing periodontal therapy. Complete thorough periodontal charting, radiographs, and clinical assessments. Closely monitor patient response to treatment and healing outcomes. Identify lack of improvement or disease progression and communicate findings Support timely transition to advanced periodontal care when indicated. Deliver clear, effective patient education on disease management and home care.
