We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator who excels in case presentation, patient communication, and treatment plan coordination. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who understands complex dental cases, is confident in patient education and sales, and has strong financial and insurance knowledge. Responsibilities Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans , including full-mouth reconstruction, implants, cosmetic, and general dentistry Coordinate treatment sequencing and scheduling in collaboration with clinical team Confidently discuss fees, financial options, and timelines with patients Assist patients with multiple financing options (CareCredit, LendingClub, in-house plans, etc.) Strong understanding of ADA dental codes , insurance benefits, and billing Obtain pre-authorizations and maximize insurance benefits Convert treatment plans into scheduled production through effective communication and follow-up Maintain accurate patient records using EagleSoft dental software Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term patient relationships Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (required) Strong background in full-mouth reconstruction, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and general dentistry Proven ability in case acceptance and sales Excellent knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and ADA codes Experience working with multiple patient financing platforms Proficient in EagleSoft dental software (required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, confident, and patient-focused demeanor upportive and professional setting!
