Dental Hygienist Job Opportunity with Innovative Dental of Silicon Valley Innovative Dental of Silicon Valley is owned and operated by Matthew Bernal, DDS. We are a private practice started and dedicated to providing dental services in a company Wellness Center. We are the exclusive dental provider for employees and only operate in their Wellness Center. This is a great job opportunity for dental hygienists to work with a dynamic team in a state of the art practice. Our practice culture encourages a collaborative approach between dentists and hygienists. We are expanding our facility and will be adding hygienists to our team in August, 2026. Our hygiene focused practice and dynamic team provide exceptional dental care in a supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged. Recent graduates and newly graduated hygienists are encouraged to apply as well as hygienists with experience. Hours are full time Monday through Friday with 6 hour shifts each day (lunch waived). Our hygienists work a mix of morning (8am to 2pm) and afternoon (2pm to 8pm) shifts with set weekly schedules. We are open to part time hygienists if their schedules coordinate with our staffing.

Job Summary:

Provide quality dental care by executing dental hygiene treatment, examining oral areas for signs of disease, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. Great team, consistent hours, and excellent benefits. Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Take digital dental x-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Conduct initial patient screenings and charting
• Update and maintain patient dental records Qualifications
• Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures
• Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA regulations and aseptic techniques
• Licensed to practice Dental Hygiene
• Strong grasp of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge

Pay:

$72.00
