Why This Exists We are intentionally redesigning our practice to bring ethical care, honesty, and superior long-term results back into dentistry. We know what causes most dental problems. Almost all of them are preventable. It's time to move beyond managing disease and start helping patients achieve real health.
The Environment:
This is not a stressful, chaotic office focused on production numbers. At the same time, this is not a place where people sit around doing the minimum. The culture here is calm, focused, and growth-oriented. The team naturally wants to improve, help each other, and provide better care. You'll receive: Training on our philosophy, systems, and communication Leadership training so you can better guide patients toward healthier outcomes Clear expectations and consistent support We do not rush, shortcut treatment, or pressure each other about production.
The expectation is simple:
do what's right for the patient. Currently, this position is for one day per week of hygiene , with the opportunity for additional time as the practice continues to grow.
