Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Mondays & Fridays - 5 Star PPO Office

We are Trooth & Smiles, a thriving non-corporate private practice committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences in a supportive, team-first environment. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team. Job Details Starting Compensation:

$61 PLUS /hr (based on experience)

Deliver comprehensive hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, radiographs, sealants, and coronal polishing. Demonstrate excellent soft tissue management knowledge and periodontal assessment skills. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care in a way that builds trust — never pressure. Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and patient flow. Accurately document patient records, perio charting, and treatment notes. Troothful Experience:

Dental hygiene: 1 year (Required) or Recent Grads with previous DA/RDA experience
