Mission Viejo, CA Position:
Full-Time, In-Person We are a high-performing oral surgery practice specializing in full mouth implants and All-on-X cases, proudly serving patients with 5-star Google reviews. We're looking for an energetic, vibrant, and confident Treatment Coordinator who excels at closing All-on-X and complex implant cases.
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Closer:
Proven ability to confidently present and close high-value All-on-X and full mouth implant cases.
Energetic & Vibrant:
Positive, outgoing personality that lights up the room and builds instant rapport with patients.
Goal-Oriented:
Driven, ambitious, and consistently meets or exceeds treatment plan acceptance goals.
Warm Professional:
Kind, compassionate, and deeply committed to exceptional patient care and team collaboration. Spanish-speaking is a big plus!
What You'll Do:
Guide patients through their treatment journey with clarity, confidence, and care. Expertly present and close full mouth implant and All-on-X cases. Deliver an outstanding patient experience that matches our 5-star reputation.
