  • Part-time We are looking for a warm, caring, and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our high-quality private general dental practice in Morgan Hill.
Days are flexible.
ABOUT OUR OFFICE
Santa Teresa Dental is a patient-focused private practice with an emphasis on sedation, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. We also care for children; however, our hygienists treat patients ages 13 and older.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Our hygienists use modern technology to provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care while supporting the doctor's treatment plans. We value clinical excellence, patient comfort, and clear communication.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required Active California RDH license Commitment to delivering gentle, high-quality periodontal care Strong communication and patient education skills Team-oriented, reliable, and professional Preferred (but not required) Soft tissue management experience (laser therapy a plus) Familiarity with continuing care systems Personal qualities we value Warm, calm chairside manner Ability to quickly build rapport and put patients at ease Comfortable discussing oral health needs with honesty and empathy Flexible, cooperative, and open to feedback Self-motivated and dependable
