Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols. Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to provide comprehensive care. Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program, valid and current RDH license in the state of California, current CPR/BLS certification , dental radiograph certification Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, reliable with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dental environment, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
