Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Confidential Pasadena, CA Job Details Full-time $50 - $75 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Dental care patient counseling Root planing Client rapport building Cleaning Patient interaction Patient counseling Patient education Registered Dental Hygienist Open Dental Local anesthesia Full Job Description Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - PPO/FFS Private Practice We are a small, patient-focused PPO and fee-for-service dental office seeking a friendly and reliable full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team ASAP. Our office values quality care, professionalism, efficiency, and creating a comfortable experience for every patient.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide thorough hygiene care, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing Administer local anesthesia as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Take diagnostic digital X-rays Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Sterilize instruments and maintain sterilization protocols Set up and clean operatory rooms between patients Help maintain an efficient schedule and positive patient flow Qualifications Active RDH license Comfortable with scaling and root planing procedures Comfortable administering local anesthesia Good bedside manner and strong communication skills Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to stay on schedule while providing quality patient care Comfortable educating patients and building rapport Positive attitude and professional demeanor About Our Office Small private practice environment PPO and fee-for-service patients We use Open Dental PMS and Dexis digital X-rays Supportive and respectful team culture Looking for someone who takes pride in patient care and wants to grow with the office We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
