If you take pride in delivering thorough, compassionate hygiene care — and you believe the patient experience matters as much as clinical outcomes — we want to meet you. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, full-mouth charting, and thorough prophylaxis and scaling/root planing procedures Deliver a patient experience that feels personal, unhurried, and genuinely caring — every appointment Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment needs, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness Take and review digital radiographs; identify areas of concern and communicate clearly with the doctor Partner with our clinical and front-office team to support seamless treatment coordination and case acceptance Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities Uphold our commitment to infection control, OSHA compliance, and sterilization protocols
