Based on experience (discussed during interview) We are a growing and fast-paced dental office in Pico Rivera looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and positive Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of dental experience Must speak fluent Spanish Experience with Open Dental is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Strong communication skills with the ability to present treatment plans clearly Able to build strong rapport with patients and coworkers Must be able to accept constructive feedback and follow office protocols A true team player with a willingness to grow with our office Professional, punctual, and responsible
Duties Include:
Presenting treatment plans to patients confidently and clearly Answering questions and addressing patient concerns Following up on pending treatments Collaborating with front office and clinical teams
