Job Description

We are a modern, privately owned dental practice in the beautiful Land Park area looking for a kind, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Position Details Part-time:
1-3 days per week $50-$62/hour , depending on experience Potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate Flexible scheduling options available Why You'll Love Working Here Small, supportive team ( 3 staff members + doctor ) Friendly, low-drama work environment Loyal, appreciative patient base Focus on quality care rather than rushing through appointments Opportunity to help shape and grow a thriving private practice What We're Looking For Current California RDH license Excellent communication and patient care skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable educating patients and building long-term relationships Bonus Qualifications Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and/or Spanish Experience with digital dentistry and modern practice workflows If you're looking for a practice where patients are kind, your work is valued, and you can grow alongside a dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you!
