Fulltime - Monday to Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide periodontal care and dental hygiene services for patients to include local anesthesia under direct supervision of a faculty member, charting of periodontal condition, and nitrous oxide-oxygen sedation; take, process and mount dental radiographs as necessary. Demonstrate sound infection control procedures following established protocol. Monitor the recall/maintenance program for patients. Record/maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records to include health history, treatment record, medical consult and other patient care information. Analyze and assist in procedural problem resolution in the daily operation of the clinic. Educate patients regarding prevention of dental disease;municate effectively with caregivers of patients with disabilities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors or associate degree from an accredited dental hygiene program. Registered Dental Hygienist licensure from the California State Board of Dental Examiners. Current California Certification in Radiation Safety and Anesthesia Certification. Minimum of two years' dental hygienist experience. Why work for Adecco? Pay Details:
