Registered Dental Hygienist Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a part time or full time hygienist to provide services, focusing on preventive care and periodontal maintenance. This role supports the hygiene department by performing routine cleanings and helping maintain patient oral health.
Responsibilities:
Perform adult and child prophylaxis (dental cleanings) Conduct periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing (as needed) Complete oral health assessments and charting Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays) Identify and communicate any areas of concern to the patient and doctor Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes Fluoride varnish and Arestin application Provide laser therapy, training is available Guided Biofilm Therapy with EMS, training is available
Requirements:
RDH degree from an accredited program Active state dental license Strong focus on preventive and periodontal care Good communication and patient care skills
Pay:
From $600.00 per day
