Job Description
$62-65/hour | Full-Time or Part-Time We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established private dental practice. Our office emphasizes high-quality patient care, teamwork, and a positive work environment. What We Offer $62-65/hour Monthly bonus opportunities Monday-Thursday schedule Modern, technology-driven practice Supportive team environment PTO and select paid holidays (full-time) Dental benefits 401(k) eligibility after one year of full-time employment Responsibilities Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services Take radiographs, CBCT scans, and intraoral scans as needed Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations Collaborate with doctors to support comprehensive patient care Apply sealants, varnish, and laser therapy when indicated Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications Active California RDH license Current CPR certification Laser certification preferred Intraoral scanning experience preferred
