Our growing functional and airway-focused dental practice is looking for a compassionate, curious, and patient-centered Dental Hygienist who wants to practice in a thoughtful, relationship-driven environment where prevention, whole-body health, and education truly matter. We are not a rushed "drill and fill" office. We believe oral health is deeply connected to sleep, breathing, inflammation, development, nutrition, and overall wellness. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional days may become available as the practice continues to grow.

Are interested in airway, sleep, myofunctional therapy, biologic/functional dentistry, or whole-body wellness. Experience with airway dentistry is wonderful but not required. We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional periodontal and preventive hygiene care. Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections. Support airway and functional dental evaluations. Take diagnostic records including photos, scans, and radiographs. Help patients understand treatment recommendations with kindness and clarity. Collaborate closely with doctors and team members. Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes. Create a calm, caring, and positive patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active RDH license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with digital technology and modern dental workflows Experience with: Airway dentistry. Myofunctional concepts. Salivary diagnostics. Guided biofilm therapy. Functional or biologic dentistry. Open Dental or digital charting systems is a plus, but not required.
