We're a growing, family-oriented practice built on delivering compassionate, high-quality care and lasting relationships with our patients. This summer, we're moving into a brand new office space, making it an exciting time to join our team and be part of something that's truly growing from the ground up. Our office is small by design, because we believe that's how you build real relationships with both patients and coworkers. We operate on an alternating 4-day work week because we genuinely believe work-life balance isn't a perk — it's a priority. Park Dentistry is for those who want their contributions to matter and a workplace with opportunity to grow your career. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients. Take and document vital signs as part of the patient evaluation process. Utilize open dental software for patient management and documentation. Conduct dental x-rays as required, ensuring accuracy and safety. Review documentation to ensure compliance with dental protocols and standards. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Qualifications Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations. Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge. Experience with open dental or similar dental practice management software is preferred. Strong skills in patient care, with an emphasis on compassion and communication. Knowledge of infection control practices within a clinical setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
