If you take real pride in your clinical work, build genuine rapport with patients, and sweat the details that elevate good care into great care, we'd love to meet you. Schedule Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (one-hour lunch midday) 32 hours per week — a four-day work week with three-day weekends every week Compensation & benefits $63-$67 / hour starting pay, based on experience Hourly, non-exempt — overtime eligible 401(k) eligibility after one year of employment 5 paid holidays per year Paid vacation time (PTO) Group health insurance available (employee-paid) What we're looking for Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current
CPR / BLS
certification Radiography / X-ray certification Excellent periodontal assessment and scaling/root planing skills Strong chairside manner and clear, patient-friendly communication Meticulous attention to detail, infection control, and documentation A team-first attitude and the drive to be the best at what you do Qualifications Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Clinical hygiene experience preferred; new graduates with outstanding skills are encouraged to apply Comfort with modern digital dental technology and electronic charting

$63.00 - $67.00 per hour
