If you're a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.

Compensation & Benefits:
$55-65/hour plus monthly bonus incentive opportunities $5,000 sign-on bonus Cushioned schedule to better transition and acclimate to office flow
Open Shifts:
Monday 8-5, Tuesday-1-7, Wednesday- 8-5pm, + Friday 7-3:30 Paid study clubs + CE allowance Hands on mentorship/training with a dedicated hygiene mentor Growth opportunities Health, vision, dental, life, disability 401(k) with match
What We're Looking For:
Active CO RDH license CPR/BLS certified Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar Strong communication + teamwork
What You'll Do:
Provide preventive and periodontal care Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions Build lasting patient relationships Use modern technology, including DentalAI Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
