You will provide preventive care, periodontal therapy, patient education, and support a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

Providing thorough hygiene care, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatment Educating patients on oral health, home care, periodontal health, and the oral-systemic connection Partnering with doctors on diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication Building strong, long-term relationships with patients Using modern dental technology, including intraoral scanning, CEREC, Solea laser, and Overjet AI Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Following infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and practice protocols Contributing to a positive, team-first culture What We're Looking For Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license or eligible to apply for CO license CPR/BLS certification Strong communication skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Comfort discussing treatment needs and oral health education with patients Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar dental software preferred Any experience level considered About Alliance Family Dentistry Alliance Family Dentistry is a well-established Colorado Springs dental practice located at 6140 Tutt Blvd, Suite 150.
