What We Offer:
$10,000 Provider Loyalty Bonus eligibility for full-time employees Monthly Team bonuses opportunities after 60 days Medical (We contribute 25% monthly cost) , dental, vision & life insurance 401(k) with employer match Up to 74 hours yearly of PTO + 6 yearly paid holidays $1,500 CE allowance Uniform allowance One Monthly massage Flexible time off
Requests Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm No Saturdays Required unless you want to pick them up 7:30am to 2:00pm
