Our Ideal Hygiene Applicant will be: Efficient with time Organized Helpful to team and our patients Have amazing clinical skills and can confidently and consistently deliver gentle but thorough cleanings Sincere Great with patient education that gives ideal options Thorough Respectful of the patient and doctor's time Helps patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care Passionate about their job Reviews schedule and helps to recognize any inefficiencies Using OSHA guidelines, sterilize instruments in lab and maintain clean, organized area. Take amazing radiographs (intra-oral x-rays, panoramic x-rays, and cone beam x-rays.) Complete treatment plans and route slips Schedule follow up appointments. Responsibilities include responding to all questions and concerns in a friendly and timely manner while embracing existing office standards. Execute all office policies, processes, and procedures. The candidate should be technologically savvy, eventually demonstrating a mastery of all dental solutions software utilized in the office. Required Abilities, Skills, & Education Proven ability to work successfully with all dental teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with all team members, leadership, and patients. Always demonstrate the utmost professionalism. Energetic and positive. Growth-minded, lifelong learner. Results-oriented. Proactive. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter. Must be flexible and adaptable The office hours are Mon.- Thurs. 7am-3pm & Fridays 8am-1pm. This is a part time position & we are willing to work with you on a schedule that would fit your needs.
