Dental Hygienist Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, compassionate full-time, four days a week Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for providing preventive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the dentist in delivering high-quality clinical care. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties
  • Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning.
  • Conduct periodontal assessments and charting.
  • Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays).
  • Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants.
  • Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the dentist. Patient Education
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
  • Discuss treatment plans and reinforce the dentist's recommendations.
  • Provide post-treatment care instructions. Clinical Support & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow. Dental Hygienist Qualifications Required
  • Valid Dental Hygienist license in CO.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Ability to administer local anesthesia. Preferred
  • New grads are welcome to apply.
  • RDH experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Curve is a plus. Skills & Competencies

  • Dental office clinical setting.
Full-time:
Tuesday to Friday o Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7 am to 5 pm (lunch 12pm to 1pm) o Friday 7 am to 3 pm (no lunch)
  • Prolonged standing and use of fine motor skills required. Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage of $63 to $65 depending on experience.
