Our hygienists routinely exceed their base pay through our compensation model, creating excellent earning potential while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations Utilize adjunctive therapies, including but not limited to: Arestin, soft tissue decontamination, and gingival irrigation Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain clinical records Partner with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive care Build long-term relationships with patients through outstanding service and communication Qualifications Active Colorado RDH license Local anesthesia and soft tissue laser certification preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to excellent clinical care and patient experience About Canyon View Dentistry We believe great dentistry starts with great people.
