We offer a truly competitive compensation package that reflects the current Boulder county market, a 4-day work week with Fridays off, and supportive team environment where you'll love coming to work. We are a small private general practice focused on comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dental care. My team is my family and our patients are our extended family. You will see one patient at a time, and have the friendliest, most relaxed, stress free (ok, low stress) practice in Longmont. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing Perform Periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings Capture and interpret dental radiographs Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive therapies Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and overall wellness Accurately document treatment notes, patient histories, and care plans in practice management software Collaborate closely with dentists to create individual treatment plans Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (as permitted) Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards Longmont Peak Dentistry is an equal opportunity employer, All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and veteran status.
