A very laid back, private practice office with a single column workload, 60 minute appointments minimum, no production pressure or feeling rushed, and an exceptional patient pool. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting oral health and providing preventive dental care to our patients. As a Dental Hygienist at Niwot Dental, you will work closely with our dentists and support staff to deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Our established practice has a wonderful patient family and incredible team members. Great hours Monday-Wednesday 7:30-5:00 and Thursday 8-2.
FULL OR PART TIME!
Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, including periodontal evaluations and charting Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for home care Administer fluoride treatments, SDF, Curodont early lesion reverser. Take digital dental X-rays and assist with other diagnostic procedures Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program Current state license to practice dental hygiene CPR certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
