Job Description

Job Summary We are a family dental office that is looking for a RDH that is a TEAM PLAYER, enthusiastic, and out going. We are a
FFS/PPO/MEDICAID
office that provides a comfortable work environment.

This position is a part-time position 24-30 hours. Must have experience in all aspects of general dentistry.

Candidates must be comfortable with the following tasks: Taking digital x-rays (panorex bwx, pa) Comfortable setting up treatment rooms.
Responsibilities and Duties Duties:
Taking a variety of X-Rays. Maintaining a high level of sanitation for all exam rooms and dental equipment. Creating a welcoming environment to all patients. Ensuring all patients are seen in a timely manner.(eg. taking x-rays for a patient who has been waiting, even if there is no available exam rooms.) Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Maintains dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies Then faxing verified invoices to our accountant. Maintains Lab work inventory by keeping a log of outgoing work and verifying receipt of supplies. Then faxing verified invoices to our accountant. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs if needed. Maintains professional and technical knowledge through review and practice. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
