We provide paid training, mentorship, and assistance obtaining all required certifications, including Infection Control and Dental Radiology certification. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and character—not prior dental experience. Our practice specializes in dental implants, periodontal therapy, and advanced surgical procedures. What You'll Learn and Do As a member of our patient care team, you will receive hands-on training and gradually learn to: Assist doctors during periodontal and dental implant procedures Prepare treatment rooms and surgical equipment Support patients before, during, and after treatment Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Take dental radiographs after certification Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visits Contribute to a smooth and efficient patient experience As your skills grow, opportunities may become available to learn additional clinical, administrative, and patient coordination responsibilities. Work Locations This position is shared between our two office locations: Meriden Office - 546 South Broad Street, Suite 2D, Meriden, CT Waterbury - 1064 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, CT Time is divided approximately equally between both offices.
