Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting treatment plans, patient responses, and procedural notes in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Follow strict infection control protocols, including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures, to ensure a safe environment for all. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice. Proven experience in dental office settings, preferably with exposure to general dentistry. Proficiency in dental terminology, and documentation review processes. Familiarity with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for efficient recordkeeping. Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control standards, HIPAA regulations, and medical terminology. Ability to perform chairside assisting duties confidently while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
