  • Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual English-Spanish Treatment Coordinator to join our dental clinic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the initial consultation through treatment completion. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of dental procedures, and the ability to manage medical records efficiently. The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with both patients and dental professionals to facilitate treatment plans and ensure adherence to infection control protocols. Duties Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dentists and specialists. Assist in managing medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Utilize orthodontic software for scheduling appointments and maintaining patient information. Conduct X-Ray procedures as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Implement aseptic techniques in accordance with infection control standards. Educate patients about their treatment options and address any questions or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with clinic policies. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but no required Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with orthodontic software systems is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
