Dental Hygienist (79300) FL, Bristol - Liberty Correctional Institution - Bristol, FL 32321 Apply Overview Position Type Full-Time Job Shift Day Education Level High School Diploma/GED Travel Percentage None Category Dental Hygienist & Dental Assistant Apply Description Centurion/CDPN provides quality dental services to over 70,000 inmates throughout the state of Florida. We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team at Liberty Correctional Institution located in Bristol , Florida . The Dental Hygienist performs oral hygiene treatment for offenders to include prophylaxis, curettage, and other hygienist procedures in a correctional setting.
Essential Duties:
Operating radiographic equipment to obtain dental radiographs of patients Maintaining patient dental records Completing required reports/paperwork Providing personal oral hygiene education and instruction individually or in a group setting Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required Successful completion of a dental hygiene program required Florida Dental Hygienist license Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift:
