We are a growing, patient-focused general dental practice seeking a motivated, compassionate, and relationship-driven Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who is passionate about educating patients, building lasting relationships, and helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Our practice values teamwork, excellence, and creating an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
- Build strong relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
- Take radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the doctor and team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience Qualifications
- Active Florida Dental Hygiene License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
