Treatment Coordinator

Overview:

Bright Now! Dental , supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with patients while supporting multiple orthodontic teams. Tues, Wed, Fri Responsibilities:

Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans and financial options Build strong relationships with patients and help guide them through treatment acceptance Coordinate scheduling and patient follow-up Support multiple orthodontic offices/providers as needed Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience Collaborate closely with doctors and office teams to help drive practice success

Qualifications:

Prior orthodontic/TCC experience required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a multi-location travel role Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented Ability to educate patients confidently on treatment and financing options

Compensation:

$25-$26/hour
