In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, capture intraoral photographs using our MouthWatch camera system, and perform iTero digital scans for Invisalign records and restorative workflows. You will educate patients on oral health and preventive care, maintain accurate records in Open Dental, and support Dr. Lima using four-handed dentistry techniques. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling, root planing, and polishing to remove plaque, calculus, and stain. Capture and document intraoral photographs using the MouthWatch camera system and upload images to Open Dental for patient records and case presentation. Perform iTero digital impressions for Invisalign case records, retainer scans, and restorative workflows as directed by Dr. Lima. Conduct complete patient assessments including vital signs, health history review, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment options including Invisalign. Assist Dr. Lima during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency and patient comfort. Maintain accurate clinical notes, radiographic findings, and scan documentation in Open Dental. Follow strict infection control protocols and sterilization procedures in accordance with OSHA standards. Take and interpret dental radiographs (FMX, BWX, periapicals, panoramic) while ensuring patient comfort and ALARA compliance. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information. Experience & Qualifications Active Florida RDH license — required. CPR/BLS certification — required and must remain current. Experience in a general dentistry setting preferred. Familiarity with intraoral cameras and iTero scanner preferred; willingness to train considered. Proficiency with Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of periodontal disease, infection control, and dental terminology. Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
