Full-Time (40 hours per week) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our established dental practice in the Cayman Islands. Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, scaling, polishing, and preventative treatments Conduct oral health assessments and maintain detailed patient records Take and process dental X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Assist dentists during procedures as required Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization standards Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution Licensed/registered Dental Hygienist (or eligible for registration in the Cayman Islands) Minimum 2 years' clinical experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Experience with dental software and digital imaging systems is an asset What We Offer Tax-free, competitive salary Full-time, stable schedule (40 hours per week) Health insurance and benefits package Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to work with modern equipment and technology Relocation assistance may be available
