As our Dental Hygienist, you'll play an important role in educating patients, providing preventive care, and ensuring every visit feels positive and stress-free. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish are a plus to provide excellent service for all patients. Key Responsibilities Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing. Take dental radiographs (x-rays) and record findings accurately. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and disease prevention. Apply sealants, fluoride, and other protective materials as needed. Assist the dentist during exams and procedures when required. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols at all times. Build trusting relationships with patients to ensure comfort and ongoing care. Qualifications Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Florida. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented. Fluency in English is a must.
